Yue Hai Overseas Education is an overseas education agency based in Shijiazhuang, China. The agency is specialized in aiding international students applications for oversea schools, universities, and immigrations. 

The name "Yue Hai", or "悦海" in Chinese, literally translates as "pleasant sea", a term used in Chinese language to describe a pleasant calm condition to sail on the sea, which implicates a safe journey across the ocean to the destination on the other side. 

The branding design took that implication and visualized the agency as a light house, a beacon on a pleasant sea that guides the ships safely to their destinations.
